How judging is done

The judging process is independent and open. All judges have been chosen for their varied backgrounds and recognised success within the industry. Applications are reviewed after the closing date when the shortlist will be selected. From there, the shortlisted applications are reviewed in detail again with the judges scoring the applicants. The judges will all discuss each category before deciding on the eventual winner. The discussion between the judges is crucial to maintaining a fair process. The open nature of the selection ensures integrity of the awards with all winners being chosen on merit only.
